• Reseller: Partners with a signed Evalanche reseller agreement. They provide independent services across the full service spectrum and operate autonomously within the Evalanche account of their respective partner customer. Partners with an especially high level of Evalanche expertise receive corresponding certification (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
• Solution partner: integration and connector/interface partners
• Implementation partner (Expert partner): Partners with many years of Evalanche experience in application, web, and template programming.
• Lead management partner: Consulting and full-service support, especially in lead management and marketing automation.
• Technology partners: CRM, ERP, CMS, e-commerce, event technology, and PIM providers from the DACH region who complement their solutions or offerings with Evalanche.

Our certified partner program

Through our proprietary certification program, agencies and resellers can be certified by SC-Networks as Gold, Silver, or Bronze partners. Our goal is to provide Evalanche partners with optimal and personalized support.

Our partners benefit from different advantages depending on their medal status. In order to be a certified Evalanche partner with the corresponding bronze, silver or gold seal, certain requirements must be met.

Articles about the (strategic) partnership on the blog and social media channels. Joint webinars. Social media promotion, such as sharing joint success stories or new innovations and solutions. Coordination of joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Channel Marketing Manager.

Lead sharing and lead generation campaigns. Participation in the Partner and User Event with a presentation or workshop. Joint events for new customer acquisition and existing customer care. Dedicated sales support from a sales and channel manager.

Prioritized support. Technical assistance in the development of connectors, add-ons, modules, and customer projects.

Exclusive information and personal presentation of product highlights.

6. Dedicated support

Dedicated support from our Strategy Partner Development Manager for all technical matters. Sales support from the Partner and Account Manager and Sales Manager. Marketing support from the Channel Marketing Manager.
